Tam is a fixer, finder and connector. She has a background in design, studied coaching and breath work and enjoys working with people and animals.

Tam loves being in the garden, hanging out with the ducks and goat, walking the dog and being at the beach at sunset.

Ants loves making others comfortable and feel welcome. He comes from a background in hospitality and a passion for horses, surfing, tennis and old land rovers.

He is currently studying Equine Facilitated Human Development with the iFEEL Method and hopes to support mental wellbeing for adults and children.

Charlie is creative and dynamic, working on the look and feel of what you see at Collacott Farm. Other interests include herbal medicine, homeopathy, and creating delicious plant-based food.

Charlie loves cats, gardening and photography. When she’s not working on the farm, you can catch her surfing the waves of Woolacombe.

Alex is a friendly and approachable person, equally comfortable working in a team or solving problems as he is creating the perfect playlist for a party. He has a great sense of humour and a very open caring attitude to life.

He loves hanging out with Kiki, exploring Devon beaches, long drives in the countryside and local pubs.
